My name is Holly Grindlay, and I am standing to be one of your Student Trustees. I understand that this position entails assisting the running of the Student's Union, for your benefit. In order to be successful in doing this, I will always ensure that I have the students interests, beliefs, opinions, and preferences at the forefront of any decisions that I may make or put forward. I will ensure that I am constantly engaging with students as well as staff to ensure that the information that I work with is current, and involves everyone's ideas. I am a Network75 Law student, so I already work at an almost full-time level, so what harm would an extra role be! - Don't worry, I have amazing time-management skills, or else I don't believe I would still be on my course! I have experience in having discussions with Solicitors and Barristers, as well as with medical staff and the Local Authority, so I have learnt how to communicate with all sorts of people and how to tailor what I discuss with them to fit their own understandings and interests. I can wholeheartedly promise, that if you vote for me to become one of your Student Trustees, I will do all of my fellow peers proud and will ensure to make everyone's time at University a more positive one.
